Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Certain items such as digital downloads, personalized or perishable goods are non-returnable.
2. Return / Exchange Procedure

We will provide instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item to us using a trackable courier. (Shipping charges are borne by you unless the error is ours.)
- After inspection, we will notify you about approval and process the refund or exchange.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If the replacement item is higher in value, you may need to pay the difference.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.
