We are made in the image of God—distinct from all creation, created for relationship, creativity, and stewardship. Though sin fractured this image, the calling remains: to reflect God and build His kingdom. Through Christ’s redemption, we live in hope, awaiting the day when the garden becomes a garden city. In the meantime, we are called to reflect God’s character, restore brokenness, and remind others of their divine worth. This is not easy—but God equips us. Join us for two days of spiritual refreshment as we explore what it means to live as image-bearers of God in every part of life.
Meet The Speakers
L.T. Jeyachandran
L.T. Jeyachandran retired as Chief Engineer (Central Government) in 1993. He has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. L.T., as he is commonly known, is a keen student of Christian Theology and is also interested in the study of Indian and foreign languages. He is passionate about engaging professionals to think through their beliefs and behaviour in the marketplace.
Rajiv Chelladurai
Rajiv Chelladurai is a sought-after speaker and has spoken in many forums and radio stations besides educational institutions. He has close to three decades of corporate experience, having worked for some of the leading business entities, which include Tata’s, Birla’s, Max New York Life Insurance, and BPL to name a few. His organisation ‘ERGOS MIND’ seeks to add value to corporate organisations and educational institutions through Business Consulting, Interventions, Workshops and Coaching. Rajiv’s recent venture, “The Purpose Project”, helps individuals discover and live out their unique purpose in life.
Nathan Andrews
Nathan Andrews has been involved in the hospitality and real estate development industry for over 30 years. His roles have been diverse, spanning four continents and over twenty countries. Nathan is an alumnus of the Said Business School, Oxford University, and has an honorary doctorate in Hospitality Management. He is also a Colson Fellow. He serves on the Boards of various ministries and is a regular speaker in Churches and conferences. He has authored and published his first book, Force Majeure, which deals with management lessons from the Book of Acts.
Currently, he also leads Life Focus Society as Managing Consultant. Nathan is an accomplished leader with a great mix of leadership, an innovative approach and a passion for ministry.
Neil Vimalkumar
Neil Vimalkumar is a Speaker & Ministry Director, LFS. His lifelong passion is sharing and engaging with others with reference to the reasonableness of the Christian faith.This pursuit has taken him to many places and innumerable campuses over the last 20 years.
He believes education needs to be wholistic and transformative. Apart from his engineering degree, he also holds a Master of Arts (Honours) in Theology from SAIACS, Bengaluru, and another Masters in Science and Religion from the University of Edinburgh. He is currently pursuing a part-time PhD in Christian Studies.
Jacob Cheriyan
Jacob Cheriyan serves as a Speaker and Ministry Director at Life Focus Society. After completing his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, he went on to do an M.A. in Biblical Studies, after which he pursued an M.Div. in Theology and Apologetics from SAIACS, Bengaluru. Jacob received his Certificate of Theological Studies from Oxford University (Wycliffe Hall) and was trained at The OCCA (The Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics).Through the Culture Unraveled project, Jacob looks to engage theologically with the deeper themes that emerge from movies, music, social media trends and current events.
Rev Dr Paulson Pulikottil
Dr. Paulson Pulikottil, from Kerala, is a renowned theologian, pastor, and educator with over three decades of experience. As founding pastor of the Community of the Redeemer and former Academic Dean at Union Biblical Seminary, Pune, he has been instrumental in advancing theological discourse in India. He holds advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology, Hebrew Bible, and a Ph.D. from Sheffield University for research on the Dead Sea Scrolls. Dr. Pulikottil has authored influential works on Dalit theology and biblical studies, contributed to major conferences, and actively mentors through the Core Institute for Christian Excellence and global ecumenical bodies.
Deepa Chandrasekhar
Deepa Chandrasekhar is a corporate leader with about 17 years experience working across various multinational organisations. Her passion is people and her calling is taking the Jesus model of leadership to the marketplace.
Deepa works with various NGOs across the country, especially in the areas of child trafficking and child empowerment. Her desire is to help these organisations by supporting them in the areas of strategy and leadership coaching and to help them maximise their impact. Deepa and her husband Shridhar live in Bengaluru.
Bishop Shan Mathew
Bishop Shan Mathew is currently serving as the ordained Bishop of the Church of God and the Assistant National Overseer for the Church of God in the UAE Region. He is also the Founder and Senior Pastor of Church United UAE, where he has planted and pioneered several international congregations across the UAE, embracing diverse nationalities including Pakistani, Indian, Filipino, Arabic, and Sri Lankan communities.
Bishop Shan oversees the Church of God’s multicultural churches throughout the UAE and serves as Vice President of Gilgal Biblical Seminary, an institution accredited by the Asia Theological Association (ATA) and Lee University.
Bishop Shan holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from New South Wales, Sydney, and a Master of Arts in Religion (MAR) and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from the Sydney Missionary and Bible College.
Siju Thomas
Siju Thomas serves as the National Director of ADF (Alliance Defending Freedom) India. A faith based legal advocacy organisation – ADF’s work began in response to the targeted violence meted out against Christians in Kandhamal, Odisha in 2008. Siju is an Advocate who specialises in constitutional and criminal law. He has litigated on several issues of public importance like right of undertrials to a fair trial, access to alcohol and public health, and death penalty cases, as part of his private practice. Over the years Siju has been instrumental in providing critical legal assistance to the most vulnerable people, targeted for their faith. He helped to set up ADF’s strategic litigation team which is involved in about 40 of the most prolific and sensitive religious liberty cases before the Supreme Court of India. He is a Fellow of the prestigious Blackstone program of Alliance Defending Freedom.
Biju George
Biju George holds a Masters degree in Naval Architecture and ocean Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He has put in 34 years of service with Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd, a Defence Public Sector undertaking. At present he is Director with that firm based out of Mumbai. He is involved with the ministry among the youth as well as in apologetics. He lives with his wife Molly and their daughter Sarah in Navi Mumbai where they attend the Church of North India (CNI).
Sheldon Bangera
Sheldon Bangera is an influential worship leader and the pioneer of this generation. Being the first Indian to be signed up by Integrity Music, God used Sheldon to change the worship music landscape in India. An Engineer by profession, Sheldon turned into a full time musician when 25. Sheldon has penned a number of worship songs, many of which are sung in churches across the world. In 2019, Sheldon and the band travelled to 22 cities and 12 states of the US. Sheldon’s album ‘Nachoonga’ was featured in the best sellers list for three years in a row.He founded Jaago College 2021, India’s first Worship Arts College.
Dr Cecil Clements
Dr Cecil Clements is the Founding Pastor of The Church at Powai in Mumbai and directs PLACE (Program for Leadership Advancement & Continuing Education), which conducts seminars and training programmes across India. He has Graduate and Postgraduate Degrees in Music & Theology completed through the Houghton School of Music in New York and the Asbury Seminary in Kentucky where he is an Adjunct Faculty member. He is the author of Corporate Capsules, a book that challenges all marketplace professionals and entrepreneurs to allow God to make a difference in their career paths. Dr Clements and his wife Sheila, a Clinical Psychologist, make their home in Mumbai. They have 3 Children and five grandchildren.

Sharmila B. Livingston
Sharmila B. Livingston is a Delhi based musician, composer, and Director. With a Vocal Performance degree from Wheaton College, Illinois, and a Choral Conducting degree from Messiah University, Pennsylvania, she has conceptualised , composed, and directed several musicals, commissioned in celebration of major milestone events, with casts ranging from 350 to 1000.
She has been a soloist and conductor of the Delhi choir, “The Capital City Minstrels”, touring with them in Hungary, Germany, and France. Over the past three decades, Sharmila has been a vocal coach and voice trainer in the capital.
Naveen Richard
Naveen Richard is a stand up comedian known for his wide range of comedic avatars on Youtube, Instagram and Amazon Prime Video. What started off as a way to burn off his creative energy after college hours, turned into a full time profession after he finished law school. In the eleven years spanning his career as a comedian, he has released two stand up comedy specials, been the head writer and actor of several acclaimed comedy and comedy-drama web series. Naveen has performed as a sketch comedy artist, written and sung in a viral Youtube Music video and created several different comedic characters on Instagram. He now performs solely family-friendly content through live stand up shows and on Instagram and Youtube.
