Rajiv Chelladurai
Rajiv Chelladurai is a sought-after speaker and has spoken in many forums and radio stations besides educational institutions. He has close to three decades of corporate experience, having worked for some of the leading business entities, which include Tata's, Birla's, Max New York Life Insurance, and BPL to name a few. In his last assignment, Rajiv was the Chief Distribution Excellence Officer at Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and a key member of the Executive Committee. His organisation 'ERGOS MIND’ seeks to add value to corporate organisations and educational institutions through Business Consulting, Interventions, Workshops and Coaching. Rajiv’s recent venture, "The Purpose Project”, helps individuals discover and live out their unique purpose in life. He has authored four books. Rajiv has a devotional series on Right Now Media and many devotions on YouVersion, which has a very good viewership from a global audience and has also attained a good rating.
Natchi Lazarus
Natchi Lazarus is a digital & social media marketing consultant, specially working with nonprofits, churches and faith-based ventures. He is the author of The Connected Church, a best-seller on Amazon. He is the co-founder of Open Minds Digital Agency & Connected Church Academy. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing. He is a keynote speaker who regularly speaks at various international events, conferences, and seminars.
Dr Ashok Chacko
Dr Ashok is a Community Health Physician who was attracted to Biblical Counselling while attending a seminar by David Powlison & Paul Tripp in the late 90s. He and his wife Vinita subsequently participated in the basic and advanced courses in Biblical Counseling in 2005-6 at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF), attached to Westminster Seminary, Philadelphia, USA. Ashok is currently the Director of the Biblical Counseling Trust of India ( New Delhi) and oversees the ministry along with being a trainer and counsellor ( marriage and family). He has been married to Vinita for 35 years and they have three sons and four grandchildren. Ashok and Vinita are located in Dehradun and are both keen on encouraging families to develop strong marriages and parenting children based on biblical values.
Pramod Chandrasekhar
Pramod has a rich experience of over two decades in various positions in corporate leadership. He is currently serving as a Vice President in a leading multinational company in Hyderabad involved in learning and leadership development. Pramod and his wife Sheila contribute their time to several Christian ministries.
Nathan Andrews
He has been involved in the hospitality and real estate development industry for over 30 years. From setting up the first training offices for the Oberoi Hotels in Egypt and Iraq to heading India’s first privately developed city, Lavasa, his roles have been diverse, spanning four continents and over twenty countries. Nathan is an alumnus of the Said Business School, Oxford University and a Member of the Institute of Directors. He has an honorary doctorate in Hospitality Management and is a Colson Fellow. He serves on the Boards of various ministries. Currently, he leads Life Focus Society as Management Consultant and Interim CEO. Nathan is an accomplished leader with a great mix of leadership, an innovative approach and a passion for ministry.
Neil Vimalkumar Boniface
Neil Vimalkumar is a Speaker & Ministry Director, LFS. Neil’s lifelong passion is sharing and engaging with others with reference to the reasonableness of the Christian faith.This pursuit has taken him to many places and innumerable campuses over the last 20 years. He believes education needs to be wholistic and transformative. Apart from his engineering degree, he also holds a Master of Arts (Honours) in Theology from SAIACS, Bengaluru, and another Masters in Science and Religion from the University of Edinburgh. He is currently pursuing a part-time PhD in Christian Studies.
Jacob Cheriyan
Jacob Cheriyan serves as a Speaker and Ministry Director at Life Focus Society. After completing his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, he went on to do an M.A. in Biblical Studies, after which he pursued an M.Div. in Theology and Apologetics from SAIACS, Bengaluru. Jacob received his Certificate of Theological Studies from Oxford University (Wycliffe Hall) and was trained at The OCCA (The Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics).Through the Culture Unravelled project, Jacob looks to engage theologically with the deeper themes that emerge from movies, music, social media trends and current events.
